The Kiros for Congress Fellowship
This is a people-powered campaign. Join us.
The Kiros for Congress Fellowship is a hands-on organizing and leadership program for students and young people who want real experience building a people-powered political campaign.
Fellows are not observers; they are the campaign.
What You’ll Do
As a Fellow, you’ll work directly with the campaign across:
Field & Organizing: Phonebanking, voter outreach, and turnout
Communications & Digital: Creating and sharing content, storytelling, and message amplification
Campaign Operations: Supporting events, research, and organizing projects
Leadership Development: Mentorship from organizers, elected officials, and movement leaders
You’ll help shape the campaign and learn how modern campaigns are actually won.
Why This Fellowship Matters
This program is designed to:
Bring new people into politics, not just the usual insiders
Build organizing skills that last beyond one election
Expand the electorate in communities too often ignored

No political experience required. If you care about housing, affordability, democracy, and community—you belong here.
