Voters need to see on the go, and if resources allow, see and read that Melat Kiros is an immigrant raised in Denver and a lawyer who was fired for defending students' rights to protest the genocide in Gaza. Raised in a working-class, immigrant household, Melat knows firsthand how hard it is to get by in Denver. She is running for Congress to bring in a new generation of leadership to fight back against an economy rigged for the wealthy and big corporations. She'll pass Medicare-for-All and fight to end Israel's genocide in Gaza and Trump’s war in Iran, and abolish ICE.

Voters need to see on the go, and if resources allow, see and read Diana DeGette is an establishment Democrat who has been in DC for decades, and has taken money from fossil fuel companies, ICE contractors and Big Pharma. It’s no surprise she has voted to fund ICE and send billions of dollars and weapons to Israel's military as they wage a genocide. In this critical moment, we can’t trust the same leaders who are bankrolled by corporate interests to get us out of the mess they created.

ICE

• Melat Kiros is the daughter of immigrants, who grew up in a community much like the ones ICE has  been terrorizing and will fight to end  their abuse. Not only will she push to  hold ICE agents and the heads of ICE  criminally accountable for their illegal  actions, but she will also fight to abolish  ICE entirely so no one can use the agency to terrorize our communities. 

• Diana DeGette has voted repeatedly to protect Trump's ICE budget because she is  being bankrolled by ICE contractors, taking more than $145,000 in corporate PAC money  from companies that make millions in government contracts off of helping Trump terrorize our communities (AT&T, Charter, L3Harris, Comcast, Holland and Knight) . DeGette's votes have also armed ICE agents are terrorizing  and abducting people in cities across the country and raiding schools, hospitals, and places of worship

Gaza

• Melat Kiros knows what it means to stand up against war. As a lawyer, Melat was fired by her law firm for defending students' right to protest against the Gaza genocide, proving we can trust her to end our country's involvement in violent, costly wars overseas. She will fight to end Israel's genocide in Gaza and Trump's and Netanyahu's war in Iran. She will redirect the $3.8 billion in military aid to build affordable housing, provide healthcare for low-income children, create over 30,000 teaching jobs, and fully fund the expanded Child Tax Credit to help end childhood poverty.

• Diana DeGette has voted repeatedly to send billions of dollars and weapons to Israel's military as they wage a genocide against the Palestinian people. Earlier this year when Trump asked for more than $3B in additional funding for Israel, DeGette voted yes. She even got caught telling a college student that if they care about this issue then quote "don't vote for me."
